By bidding in this silent auction, each bidder agrees to the following terms of auction.

  • Online bidder registration is not available. Offline bidder registration begins at 2:50 pm on Feb. 16, 2018 in the Ridgeview Elementary school library.

  • All bidders must register in the school library and receive a bidder number for use at the silent auction.

  • Bidders must use their bidder number or use name and contact info on the bid sheet for their bid to be valid.

  • 本次拍卖不支持在线竞拍注册。线下竞拍注册于2018年2月16日下午2点50分开始,地点在校图书馆。

  • 所有竞拍者必须先在图书馆登记注册,注册后会收到在此次拍卖中使用的竞拍者号码。

  • 竞拍者必须在竞拍表格上使用竞拍者号码或者直接填写姓名和联系方式,这样产生的竞拍才是有效的。

  • Silent Auction items are displayed by categories in the school library. Bidding begins at 3:00 pm on Feb 16, 2018 and closes at 4:00 pm on Mar. 1, 2018. 

  • Each item has a separate bid sheet,containing the item number, description, opening bid amount, and incremental bid amount. Establish your bid by printing your bidder number (listed on your name tag), and the bid amount on the proper bid sheet.

  • A valid bid must equal or exceed the opening bid amount on the bid sheet. Incremental bids that don’t meet the minimum incremental bid amount are invalid bids.

  • 拍品将按照类别依次陈列在图书馆内。竞拍于2018年2月16日下午3点整开始。拍卖于2018年3月1日下午4点整结束。

  • 每件拍品都有一张单独的竞拍单,包括拍品号码,拍品描述,起拍价和最小加价。请在相应的竞拍单上填写您在注册时获得的竞拍者号码(列在您的名卡上)和出价完成竞价。

  • 一次有效的出价必须不低于起拍价。加价竞拍如果不满足最小加价条件,将视同无效出价。

  • Upon completion of auction, responsible volunteers will go through all bid sheets, and will inform all bidders of the final result by way of telephone or email.

  • Payment for auction items must be made in full before 4:30 pm on Mar 2, 2018 to the school office. We accept cash or a check made payable to RPAC.

  • Following payments, you may pick up your purchases in the library. You must show your payment receipt for items to be picked up.

  • The winning bidders must pick up their items on Mar 2, 2018, the day after the auction, unless special arrangements are made. Any items left unclaimed, without prior arrangements, will be sold and proceeds will go to RPAC.

  • 拍卖结束后,工作人员将会整理全部竞价单,并电话及邮件通知最终买家。

  • 拍品付款请于2018年3月2日下午4:30前在学校办公室完成。接受现金或支票付款(支票抬头:RPAC)。

  • 付款完毕后,买家可凭付款凭证在校图书馆领取拍品。

  • 所有最终买家请在2018年3月2日完成拍品交割,即拍卖结束日的第二天,有特殊情况的除外。在此之后,未接收到提前通知的情况下,任何没有人申领的拍品都将被销售或处理,其收入一并计入RPAC家长委员会。

  • All items are sold in AS IS condition.

  • All sales are final. All sales are subject to the terms the donors placed on items. There will be no exchanges or refunds.

  • Successful bidder will get payment receipt upon finalizing payment.

  • 所有拍品均以“现状”状态出售。

  • 所有销售为最终销售。所有销售满足捐赠者为拍品所列的条款。无退换或退款。

  • 成功竞拍者付款后将收到拍卖会的收据。
